Weekly Classes.

Intermediate Pole Fitness.

A pole fitness class with Vicky.
Perfect for learning new tricks and creative combos. Variations of movements and tricks are offered to suit each student's level.

Low-Flow Heels Technique.

A class taught by LycheeStorm focused on seamless movement between floor and pole.
Build confidence, explore technique, and work on finding your style. Heels optional, beginners welcome.

Tricks in Heels. (Inter+)

An Intermediate+ class with Alix that includes options for both intermediate and advanced dancers.
Expect acro tricks, flips, and turns.
Kneepads and heels are mandatory for this class.

@miss__vickyyyy is a movement artist, performer, and instructor shaping inclusive, community-centered spaces. Backed by award-winning dance experience and 10+ years in the pole scene, using challenges to deepen expression, strengthen practice, and support collective&personal growth.

Meet @lycheestorm (she/they), where their favorite spots are twirling around the pole and rolling on the ground! Lychee's style is a unique blend of sensuality and flow, and they hope to bring an ethereal element to their movement.

Reservations may be rescheduled without penalty 24 hours prior to the reservation.
Early cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method.
Of course!
An Ipad, bluetooth speaker, and wifi is available at your disposition so you may play the music you wish.
If you wish to be alone at the studio, please ensure you are booking an Entire Studio Rental.

If you book one pole (a drop-in), there is a possibility other members of the community will be using the other poles available in the studio.
There are no instructors on site when you reserve the studio.

If you are looking for instructor-led sessions, you may check the classes section on our website.
If you only wish to book one of the poles, you may book under Drop-In.

If you want to be alone in the studio, ensure to book under Entire Studio.
The Group Rentals allows you to bring up to 4 friends.
Yes! We encourage the community to use our space for pole video or photoshoots.

Please ensure you are booking your session under Creative Rental for these kinds of shoots.

A “game changer” for my pole practice. From my first visit, I felt at home. The studio is simply perfect for working alone. Very intimate, it offers everything you need (bottles of alcohol with small napkins, sound system, large mirror, wifi), in addition to large windows which illuminate the studio in broad daylight, and give a superb view of Montreal . The online reservation system is clear and practical, and access to the studio is easy. Special mention to the studio's Instagram page which shares tenant workouts daily in stories. It's super inspiring and makes you want to go back as soon as possible!
