OUR POLICIES

Bookings.

Drop-Ins and Solo-Practice provides access for yourself only. Any additional unregistered guests you bring along will be charged to your account.

Cancellations & Rescheduling.

You have until 24 hours before
the start of your reservation to reschedule to another time. Cancellations are not permitted.

Safety.

For your safety, mirror and wall dancing are strictly prohibited in the studio. These surfaces are not designed to support body weight or impact and pose a risk of injury. Please respect the space as well as the other dancers around you and prioritize safe movement at all times.

Code of Conduct.

Please leave the studio in the same condition you found it. Do not enter the studio prior to your start time, or stay beyond your paid reservation. We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items, make sure to take all your belongings with you when leaving the studio.

Refunds & Credits.

No refunds will be provided. You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your appointment.

Late Arrivals

We kindly ask that you respect La Chrome Barre as a shared community space, and understand how running over your time is inconsiderate and unfair to your fellow dancers. In the event you exceed your allotted time, you will be charged for that additional hour.

FAQs.

Reservations may be rescheduled without penalty up to 24 hours prior to the reservation.

Early cancellations will be credited back to your account and you will be able to use the credit to reschedule another session at a time that works for you.
We have an Ipad, a bluetooth speaker, and Wi-Fi available at your disposition for you to play your favourite music.
If you wish to be alone at the studio, please ensure you are booking an Entire Studio Rental.

If you book one pole (a drop-in), there is a possibility other members of the community will be using the other poles available in the studio.
Our drop-ins or entire studio rentals do not come with instructors.

If you are looking for instructor-led lessons, you may check our Semi-Private Classes sections.
If you wish to bring a friend to your reservation, ensure to book the Group Rental.
For casual filming such as from a phone, you may bring someone if you book under Group Rental.
For filming with professional setups, we ask that you book under Creative Rental.
Please note, you may not bring guests when booking only one pole (drop-in) or a Solo Studio Rental.
Yes! We encourage the community to use our space for pole video or photoshoots.

Please ensure you are booking your session under Creative Rental for these kinds of shoots.

Our Customer Experiences.

A “game changer” for my pole practice. From my first visit, I felt at home. The studio is simply perfect for working alone. Very intimate, it offers everything you need (bottles of alcohol with small napkins, sound system, large mirror, wifi), in addition to large windows which illuminate the studio in broad daylight, and give a superb view of Montreal . The online reservation system is clear and practical, and access to the studio is easy. Special mention to the studio's Instagram page which shares tenant workouts daily in stories. It's super inspiring and makes you want to go back as soon as possible!
