Book One Pole.

Get access to one of our poles. This booking is for yourself only, you will be in a shared space with other dancers.

Solo Studio Booking.

Get access to the entire studio for only yourself and enjoy the privacy and freedom to move without interruption.

Group Studio Booking.

Share the studio with a maximum of 4 other guests. This is ideal for co-creation or for training group tricks.

Instructor Studio Booking.

Enjoy a discounted rate for instructors for private classes. Bookings must be made by the instructor, not by students.

Book Our Aerial Space

Experience La Chrome Barre Québec’s first-ever aerial space, designed for dancers to explore movement on both hoop and chains.

The setup alternates weekly. The hoop is available on the 1st and 3rd weeks of the month, chains on the 2nd and 4th. Whether you simply want to train your aerial skills or try something new, this solo training space is yours to move freely, safely, and confidently.

  • Reservations may be rescheduled without penalty 24 hours prior to the reservation.

    Early cancellations will be credited back to your account and you will be able to use the credit to reschedule another session at a time that works for you.

  • Our aerial space alternates between hoop and chains to give dancers a chance to explore both.

    We keep the setup consistent for one week at a time. hoop is available the 1st and 3rd weeks of each month, and chains are available the 2nd and 4th weeks.

    This setup allows us to maintain safety and avoid frequent equipment changes. Be sure to check the calendar before booking to see which set up is there during your session!

Meet Our Co-Founders.

I discovered pole dancing in 2015, almost by chance, at a time when no one was really talking about it. I quickly fell in love with the discipline and devoted several months to it. Then, life decided otherwise, and I had to stop for about five years. But during those long years, the desire to return to pole dancing never ceased to burn within me. In 2020, I finally started again, and I haven't stopped practicing since.

Pole dancing has allowed me to meet incredible people, like my best friend and business partner, Édith! I also fell in love with this wonderful community.

It's thanks to this love, combined with my entrepreneurial spirit and my desire to make a living from my projects and my passion, that I was able to surround myself with the right people to make my dream come true. That dream is a magnificent pole dance studio, a place where every member of the community can feel free to be 100% themselves. An intimate, warm and friendly place, a true headquarters for pole dancing enthusiasts.

I'm one of those people who never really enjoyed sports, or movement in general. Discovering pole dancing truly opened up whole new world to me.

I let myself be completely consumed by this passion like I'd never been before. When I realized it was possible to explore one's sensuality while also developing strength and flexibility, I knew I really wanted to put all my energy into this sport.

My artistic side loves to seek beauty through pole dancing. I quickly knew that I needed to create a place where I would feel comfortable exploring, a place that I can access whenever I want that would be intimate and inspiring, where I could create beautiful things. A place where everyone who also loves this sport could feel comfortable being themselves and exploring.
