OUR POLICIES
Bookings.
Drop-Ins and Solo-Practice provides access for yourself only. Any additional unregistered guests you bring along will be charged to your account.
Cancellations & Rescheduling.
You have until 24 hours before
the start of your reservation to make changes. Early cancellations will be credited back to your account and you
will be able to use the credit to reschedule the class for a later time.
Safety.
For your safety, mirror and wall dancing are strictly prohibited in the studio. These surfaces are not designed to support body weight or impact and pose a risk of injury. Please respect the space as well as the other dancers around you and prioritize safe movement at all times.
Code of Conduct.
Please leave the studio in the same condition you found it. Do not enter the studio prior to your start time, or stay beyond your paid reservation. We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items, make sure to take all your belongings with you when leaving the studio.
Refunds & Credits.
No refunds will be provided. Only early cancellations will provide you with credits which can be used in the future when booking other sessions.
Late Arrivals.
We kindly ask that you respect La Chrome Barre as a shared community space, and understand how running over your time is inconsiderate and unfair to your fellow dancers. In the event you exceed your allotted time, you will be charged for
that additional hour.
FAQs.

Reservations may be rescheduled without penalty 24 hours prior to the reservation.
Early cancellations will be credited back to your account and you will be able to use the credit to reschedule another session at a time that works for you. -
An Ipad, bluetooth speaker, and wifi is available at your disposition so you may play the music you wish.

If you wish to be alone at the studio, please ensure you are booking an Entire Studio Rental.
If you book one pole (a drop-in), there is a possibility other members of the community will be using the other poles available in the studio. -
Regular bookings such as booking one pole (drop-ins) or booking the entire studio are bookings that are commonly used to train. There are no instructors available during these sessions.
If you are looking for instructor led sessions, you may check the classes section on our website to seeing which are currently available to book with an instructor. (Class offerings vary based on the studio location.) -
If you only wish to book one of the poles, you may book under One Pole/Drop-In.
If you want to be alone in the studio ensure to book under Entire Studio. -
you may bring a friend only if you book under Group Rental. You will not be permitted to bring an extra person with you when booking only one pole (drop-in.)
For casual filming such as from a phone, you may bring someone if you book under Group Rental.
For filming with professional setups, we ask that you book under Creative Rental. -
Yes! We encourage the community to use our space for pole video or photoshoots.
Please ensure you are booking your session under Creative Rental for these kinds of shoots. -
Our aerial space alternates between hoop and chains to give dancers a chance to explore both.
We keep the setup consistent for one week at a time. hoop is available the 1st and 3rd weeks of each month, and chains are available the 2nd and 4th weeks.
This setup allows us to maintain safety and avoid frequent equipment changes. Be sure to check the calendar before booking to see which set up is there during your session!
